As part of my commitment to continued professional development I attend various CPD courses in different topics and therapeutic approaches including existential and transpersonal therapies, addiction training, neurodiversity, mental health awareness, diversity, etc... I keep up to date with new approaches and do an absolute minimum of 30 CPD hours each year, in line with NCPS requirements.

I have experience of working as a counsellor for one of the UK's largest mental health charities in addition to my voluntary work with the NHS. I have also taught CPCAB-accredited counselling courses, and have twenty years of experience supporting those in need at a leadership level within the public sector.

I offer a free fifteen minute telephone call to answer any questions you may have and explore whether we'd be a good fit therapeutically.

Fees

My fee is £50 per session, with a concession offered to students and those who may be unemployed.

When I Work

I work flexibility and often some limited availability on the evenings and weekends.
